50-up

50-up is an innovative, creative, and experience-inspired project.

We're building a community of people who support, collaborate and inspire each other to achieve what is often perceived as too challenging, too difficult or even impossible for older bodies.

50up will invite and mentor people 50-and-over, to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals through the practice and performance of circus.

Whether juggling, tumbling, trampoline, or aerial silks or trapeze, 50up aims to create opportunities for older Australians to break down stereotypes and prove to the world (and themselves) that it's never too late to run away to the circus.
