50up is an innovative project fostering a supportive community of individuals aged 50 and over in the Greater Sydney Area. Through circus arts, it challenges perceptions of aging by empowering participants to achieve fitness and wellbeing goals while breaking stereotypes.

50-up could not exist without the support and care of Sydney Trapeze School
